Workshops

The Center sponsors a series of day long workshops on cutting-edge technology issues that are available to the public. These workshops are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and takes place in the Lubar School of Business. The cost of the workshops is $125 and includes handouts, breaks and lunch.  On line registration is available. For more information call 414-229-3992.

Round Tables

The Center sponsors a round table discussion once a quarter, which are only open to CTI members and invited quests.  These round table discussions focus on specific area and are coordinated by CTI members themselves.  They allow the members to share their experiences with each other.  

Parking

Parking is available in the UWM Union parking structure. The entrance to the structure is located on the north side of Kenwood Boulevard between Downer and Maryland Avenues.  The parking garage is accessible on the westbound lane of the boulevard.  Parking will be $8 - $9 for the entire day.  An enclosed corridor connects the Union to the Lubar School of Business, which is located at 3202 North Maryland Avenue. 53211.  A map of the UWM campus and driving directions to the campus can be found at  http://www.uwm.edu/map/.  Both the Lubar School and the UWM Union are located in the central quad.

    On Line registration
    Become an SAP Certified Associate to start your professional career. The certification academy TERP10 serves as the global baseline certification standard for the SAP University Alliances program. This hands-on certification provides students with more breadth and a deeper understanding of all functional areas within SAP software. The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee will be offering the TERP10 preparation course and exam from May 27 to June 13, 2014. The course will be offered as an online course which makes it convenient for those with full-time jobs. Participates should assume that substantial study time outside of class will be required.

    To qualify for taking the TERP10 course, students must have completed three SAP ERP-related courses from an SAP UA member school. Students from UWM will be given the first priority for the course. The course will be a trainer-led online environment, with the certification exam given by SAP at one of their testing sites. The course will focus on the most critical concepts of SAP ERP, and the academy and there will be extensive hands-on time and preparation/review for the exam.

    The cost for taking this course and the certification exam will be $950 for UWM students and $1000 for non UWM students. The fee is due no later than April 25. UWM students can also participate by registering for Bus Admin 540 or Bus Mgmt 734 (no additional fee beyound tuition is required - but you MUST still register on this site). Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. All payments must be paid by credit card with no refunds being offered.
