About the speaker

Ron Swift, Vice President of Customer Relationship Solutions at NCR Corporation, is recognized as one of the worlds leading experts in customer relationship management, data warehousing, and business intelligence. He is an internationally known author, popular lecturer, and highly respected consultant. Mr. Swift joined NCR in 1996, and co-developed the process model for NCRs "Data Warehouse Methodology." Prior to that, he was a senior partner in an international consulting firm. He spent 22 years with IBM, where he co-developed IBMs "Architecture for Managing the Information Systems Business." He has also taught at several colleges and universities. For over 30 years, he has worked with hundreds of business clients on six continents. He has counseled companies in banking and financial services, insurance, communications, and transportation, as well as government agencies. Mr. Swifts new book Accelerating Customer Relationships Using CRM and Relationship Technologies was published by Prentice-Hall in Fall, 2000.
